We offer a 7-day product replacement policy for:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) units.
- Transport damage (must be reported with unboxing video).
- Incorrect item delivered. (No returns for change of mind, used items, or completed installations. Installed units with issues will fall under the warranty claim process.)
Maintenance Guide #
- Pre-Filter: Wash or vacuum every 2-4 weeks.
- HEPA & Carbon Filters: DO NOT wash. Vacuum the surface lightly and replace every 6-12 months to prevent motor overload.
- Smart Sensor: Clean with a dry cotton swab every 2-3 months. Never use water or alcohol.
- Warning: Always unplug the device before cleaning. Do not unscrew internal parts yourself.
