Warranty Duration & Scope #

5-Year Standard Warranty: Covers the ventilation motor, main machine structure, and electronic circuit boards. The warranty period starts from the date of completed installation or delivery.
Special Privilege – 7-Year Extended Warranty: We will automatically extend the warranty for the core components mentioned above from 5 years to 7 years! To qualify, customers simply need to “use our official Filter Replacement Service at least once a year” continuously, starting from the installation date.
1-Year Warranty: Covers the Smart Air Quality Sensors and other accessories (e.g., remote controls).

This covers only damage caused by manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Warranty Exclusions (What is Not Covered) #

Consumables: All types of air filters.
Lack of Maintenance: Motor damage caused by severely clogged filters (motor overload).
Misuse: Failure to follow manual instructions or using the device in unsuitable environments.
External Factors & Natural Disasters: Voltage drops, power surges, floods, lightning, or pest infestations inside the machine.
Modifications: Products disassembled, modified, or relocated by unauthorized technicians.
Accidents & Negligence: Breakages, drops, or water damage.

Claim & Service Process #

Reporting an Issue: Contact us with photos/videos and proof of purchase via Line: @freshnergy or Call: 02-181-5424. On-site Service (For company-installed units):
Within the 1st Year: Free labor and transportation costs (within designated areas).
After 1 Year (but within the warranty period): Free replacement parts, but transportation and on-site service fees will apply.
For DIY Customers: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the defective unit/parts back to us.
